World Cup Vines 2014 - Greece vs Cote D'Ivoire

Last Tuesday, June 24th, Greece triumphed over the Ivory Coast (aka Cote D'Ivoire) in a World Cup football match. This was the second instance where a team made good on an injury time penalty, as Greece beat Cote D'Ivoire 2-1, and will advance to the knockout rounds. While we had gathered the Vines below last Tuesday, they were thrown aside in the social flurry that was Suarez, which happened the same day.

These are the Vines surrounding the soccer game of Greece vs Cote D'Ivoire:

Ready, Set, Game.

Kick it out.

Hey, Samaras, tumble for me.

Cote D'Ivoire's Goalie DUCKS an oncoming shot. Pitiful.

You're a goalie. Isn't it your job to jump in front of oncoming soccer balls? Best of luck on living this one down (Shown here in an alternate angle from the above Vine). This is the goal that Greece scored right before halftime.

Ivory Coast plays dirty, gets a penalty called on them. If they only could've played right....

Samaras scores the winning goal against Cote D'Ivoire! Greece's team goes wild
